On paper this vets is amazing but my experience wasnt great I don't think they're very professional our first appointment we had 3 people in the room along with me and my partner resulting in 5 which wasnt a good start for a nervous cat I had a couple of issues with my cats dental being cancelled twice the first time I was informed at 7pm the night before the second time I had called up to check it was still going a head the day before to be told the vet didn't feel up to doing this as she has carpal tunnel?.. when my cat finally went in for his dental I believe he was sedated around 3pm (according to his notes) and they were calling me just after 4pm to collect him he barley had anytime to come round.. The information I was told at the start of my plan wasnt entirely true I was told their xray rooms etc were just being built and would be up and running around march I dont believe this happened?. My plan included booster vaccinations which were never mentioned or received it also included regular flea and worming which I received two maybe three times out of the 12 months we was with them I'm pretty sure it also covered regular bloods which again we was never offered. I was told the day before lucky was supposed to have the dental that they do not xray the mouths as they have no xrays to do this... I had to request that a preop blood test was carried out before the op went a head with lucky being an older boy I wanted to make sure he was well enough to undergo the op which they agreed to. There was a few things I just wasnt comfortable with, with this vets and therefore once my membership ended I did not renew it it just wasnt a great experience from start to finish.

Moved my 2 dogs here from our local vet. Fed up of crazy prices. No regrets the team are all so friendly and kind to the dogs. The vet care is amazing, and being part of the pet club takes away the worry of high bills and we get our regular flea and tick & wormer treatment! Keep telling all my friends to sign up!! 😊

Excellent service. We have been with the vets for a year and have no complaints at all. I have found the vets to be very caring and have always got an appointment when needed. My dog has had surgery, immunisations, nail trims, assessment with a vet on 5 occasions, prompt treatment and tests completed when needed too. At my previous vets this would have cost a small fortune. I highly recommend this vets to anyone.

I am so grateful to these wonderful people. My chocolate Cocker Amber had 3 mammory cysts she needed removing. That was successfully done with no distress to Amber at all, it’s a brilliant place, the dogs feel at ease and so do we, and we had a great result. They kept in contact throughout and are very welcoming. I highly recommend the Animal Magic Family.

The staff are great, and love the animals / the level of care is probably 2nd to none. My only gripe is that it’s not very well signposted, so when you arrive you’re not sure where to go, who to see, where to check in etc. I was wondering around for 10 minutes before I managed to jump into a member of staff. Even then I was left to wait for someone else to come and let me know where to go and sit….. apart from that I can only advocate what the guys are trying to do here. If you have a pet, join the membership it’s much more economical than having separate insurance …. 🫶🏼

I brought my Sproker Spaniel (Sid) for castration a week ago, he is healing beautifully with minimal bruising and beautiful stitches! Before the op I was worried about how anxious he would be, the team were so helpful accommodating me bringing him in closer to his op time and Courtney giving him extra TLC to ensure he was ok. He loves her, iv never seen him as calm, in general, let alone at the vets! We have decided to join the membership plan as I really wouldn’t want to take him back to his normal vet after such a positive experience for him at Animal Magic. I can’t rate them highly enough.
