My dog is nervous around other dogs. The moment I mentioned this when booking the appointment, the receptionist gave me an early appointment and the waiting room empty throughout our visit. The vet 'Kirsty' if I remember rightly; was just lovely, kind and gentle but also very knowledgeable and professional. Reasonably priced too. Highly recommend.

Crosshills branch. Lovely, caring, professional and supportive staff who are both knowledgeable and caring about animals, putting their best interests first. I would particularly like to mention Kirsty, Joe and Lou who have cared for Lilli so well

Such a friendly local practice, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I booked an appointment because my cat wasn't eating. I was able to have him seen by Rosie at Crosshills the same day, my preferred practice. Both Rosie & Lou were fabulous with him giving him the injections he needed. He is now eating like a horse and I am one very happy owner!

Kingsway did a wonderful job looking after our little boy. Every vet was friendly and knowledgeable. One time I had to take my 2 year old daughter and the vet didn't mind even when she started rummaging through her instruments. When the time came for Moo to leave us, the vet came to our house the next day. The were extremely compassionate and Moo's passing was swift and peaceful. I can't recommend the vet and nurse highly enough.
