Hi i just wanted to leave a review on my experience with Libbie the vet. Unfortunately my cat Coco had to be put to sleep through the night, as you can imagine it wasn't what I wanted but knew it was for the best, Libbie was an absolute godsend with myself and coco. She is one of the best vets I have come across! There was no rush at all she answered all my questions and even better she showed compassion to myself and to Coco. Much appreciated Libbie xxx

Lovely staff however Vets Now should be ashamed of what they charge pet owners. £593 for an appointment early Saturday afternoon. Unbelievable cost for what was relatively straightforward treatment. Exploitation of pet owners in full swing regardless of whether or not you have insurance.

Had cause to ring Vets Now after my dogs had some seizures. Took him to Thornbury Vets who were fantastic. The nurse took my dog straight in and the vet, Libbie, couldn’t have been more amazing, keeping me up to date at every point, explaining things so well making it easy to understand and giving great after care advice, she was absolutely above and beyond helpful.
