- Several owners describe warm, supportive interactions, using phrases like “friendly and helpful” and “lovely, caring vets,” including care around pet bereavement. - One detailed 1‑star review raises concerns about a dog with bleeding: they report paying for urine testing, blood tests, and an ultrasound/scan, being reassured it was “nothing to worry about” and given antibiotics, then receiving a different diagnosis (an inoperable bladder tumour) quickly elsewhere. They also describe poor empathy when they later complained.
