Recently referred from my local Vets4Pets practice in Nottingham due to my eldest cat requiring urgent surgery following being hit by a car and a broken front leg. I was weary due to the distance but everyone we met at the practice was friendly and welcoming! James did an amazing job, he explained everything to us... even with me being so emotional! We were kept informed throughout the day on how my boy Mickey was doing too. Referral was quick, just under 48 hours after the first appointment in Nottingham he was in for surgery. He is now on the long to recovery. Cannot thank everyone enough!

My son and daughter aged 19 & 24 took out cat to be put to sleep. At a cost of £166. Which wasn’t the problem. The problem was that, once the injection had been done, even before the cats last breath a red haired lady who worked there blocked the door to the treatment room and stood there with the card machine basically demanding money for the treatment. This lady treat my son and daughter like criminals. No compassion whatsoever. Demanding payment before the our poor cat was even gone. Shocking service, zero compassion, no customer care. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat 2 young adults, both whom were very upset at what they had just had to deal with. This ginger women needs retraining or sacking!

The practice itself is great and I’ve generally had good experiences with the vets and nurses, but unfortunately some of the receptionists aren’t always so great. I called today with a straightforward question and I misunderstood what the receptionist had said, so I asked her to clarify. I felt her response was quite condescending and unnecessarily abrupt. It’s a shame because the practice itself is great, but the attitude from some of the reception staff and lack of customer service can really let it down.

From arriving at this vets I can honestly say all the staff were brilliant and looked after my dog whilst he had x-rays done. A very long journey but worth the travel

This has been my dogs vets from day dot and although its just annual injections the staff were great. Firstly massive help in moving my appointment on as I had car issues and wouldn't of made the first appointment. Secondly there all nice friendly people. And thirdly the vets great and baz loves him :)

Another case of the usual abysmal service, and, this time, I’m told my dog can’t receive the repeat medication he’s had several times without another appointment and assessment. This cost £180+ last time only three and a half months ago. I then call Stockton Vets4Pets and they’re helping him immediately with everything ready for Monday… this is how it should be done. I do miss living back at home - Stockton are outstanding.

Right, where do we begin. Okay our puppy Dushka had to undergo two operations on her both back legs (correction surgery for patella luxation - for both of here hinds) we wanted to express a very special thanks to James (the vet who has completed both surgeries) James is extremely professional and knowledgeable. We also wanted to express Thank You to all the staff that helped us out and have been very accommodating. Dushka now has made a full recovery and is carrying on being a very happy doggo !
