Doug was unfortunately involved in a RTA just before Christmas and was referred to Swift by our local vets. From the initial phone call, to bringing him in, to him being discharged, the staff at Swift have all been amazing. From the surgeon, vets, nurses and clinical care staff, they are all a credit to the practice. I’ve been updated every step of the way and reassured with every decision made at the best interest for Doug. They have all made a very stressful situation less stressful knowing he’s been in good hands. Doug is usually very timid with vets but he’s has taken a shine to everyone at the practice. We now have a running joke that Doug does things to come back just to see everyone. Again, a credit to the staff at the practice and thank you for making him feel so comfortable. The aftercare since his discharge has been amazing, every answer has always been answered by the clinical care staff and a vet or nurse has always called in a timely manner if I’ve needed to speak to them. He’s also needed to go back a couple of times since his first discharge and has been seen very quickly. He is now on the mend recovering at home. Massive thank you to everyone, especially for caring for him over the Christmas period

Boxing day afternoon, our Border Collie ate a steak that was in a plastic freezer bag. Emergency vet situation. Friendly , helpful reception on arrival. Excellent calm vet who treated Skye. Positive result.

On a number of occasions Swift has rescued our precious Lola. I don’t use the word rescued lightly, but the team have performed miracles on our girl. For more than a year, you have been patient, understanding and most importantly you have listened to us when other vets haven’t. Bethan is a credit to Swift, along with the RVN’s, client care and the other vets who work hard in the background. You work great as a team and it shows! Once again you guys came through for us and Lola, and we will always be grateful for the borrowed time we have with her. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so very much for saving her life on more than one occasion and thank you once again for being patient with us….more so me! As you know she means the world to us and we will always be guided by your professional opinions. Lola has a great life to live and you’re all helping her live it. ❤️
