I've been taking my dog to Parkhill for a year now. Each visit has been a positive experience. The reception staff and veterinary staff are all very helpful and professional. Test results come back quickly and diagnoses are thoroughly explained in understandable terms. I would recommend Parkhill Vets. We're still taking Ruby to Parkhill 2 years on from the original review, and we're still extremely happy with the care they provide her. Reception staff are very helpful and the vets are patient, caring and gentle with Ruby. Everything is explained well and we always have the chance to ask questions about issues and about how to best care for her. Would still 100% recommend Parkhill vets.

I have been using Parkhill Vets for over 28 years and the service and treatment provided is second to none. Parkhill Vets has excellent facilities and state-of-the-art equipment, and the caring team have a wealth of experience and expertise. I would like to thank Kate, lead surgeon for her time and patience with me & Mils, I trust her judgement implicitly. The nursing team deliver an excellent level of care, understanding both the needs of our pets and reassuring worried owners. Finally, a big shout out to Vick, Julia & Jo along with all the receptionists who are extremely friendly, helpful, and professional at all times, and to Karen who looks after things behind the scenes.
